In 2016, Evans RENOVATED and redesigned the interior and exterior of the EISEN, A 18,000 square-foot building originally built in 1923. the space, located just outside german village in ohio, includes FOUR residential and FIVE commercial spaces, INCLUDING A RESTAURANT and his own ATELIER AND SHOWROOM, evans deventer.
